The conference 'Romantic Regenerations' take place at two different sites. The main conference programme is held at Komaba Campus, The University of Tokyo, and the opening day and reception is at Yotsuya Campus, Sophia University.

Komaba is located in the Southwest of Tokyo and is a peaceful residential area hosting two University of Tokyo campuses (Komaba I and II). Komaba Campus I is located just two stops from Shibuya on the Inogashira line. If you get off at Komaba Todaimae Station, you will find the red-brick main building rising behind the 'Black Gate'. There are places of interest such as the Japan Folk Crafts Museum (Nihon Mingeikan), The Museum of Modern Japanese Literature (Nihon Kindai Bungakukan), and the Old Marquess of Maeda Mansion in Komaba Park.

Sophia University's Yotsuya Campus is located in the heart of Tokyo, the thriving capital of Japan. It is located just off Yotsuya Station (JR Chuo Line and Marunouchi Line). Located on the perimeter of the campus are the National Theater, the National Stadium, international conventions facilities, and the Akasaka Palace, where visiting royal Families and political leaders are accommodated. The National Diet Library, one of the nation's largest libraries, is also very close. The abundant greenery of the campus creates an atmosphere of peace and serenity which belies its location in the center of a bustling metropolis.
